Once you place your order, we will start manufacturing your product within a few hours. We do not have a warehouse where the t-shirts are on shelves, so please pay close attention to:
1. Order the right size! 👕
A size chart is attached to each product. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are not tight, but they are not particularly loose-fit, so if you want one, order one size larger than you usually wear. If you order the wrong size, we cannot send you a new one (since the product is made just for you).
2. Provide a good address and contact information! Check if necessary. 🏠︎
If the courier/postman returns it, it is usually because you have given the wrong address. Really. We kindly ask you to make sure that you have given the right address. If necessary, write to us and we can check it for you. It can take up to 10 working days for the product to be delivered. Yes, that is two weeks. We know that you would wear it TODAY, but due to the custom production, this is the only way we can solve it.
